Shipping to the USA

1. Scope

This notice applies to all orders placed on ideatoscana.it and shipped to a delivery address in the United States of America. It forms part of the terms under which Tuscany Idea S.r.l. (“Idea Toscana”, “we”, “us”) sells and ships its products to customers in the United States.

2. Customs duties

Due to the tariff policies currently in force in the United States, orders shipped to the United States are subject to customs duties ranging from 15% to 55%. The duties are established by the competent U.S. authorities and are independent of Idea Toscana.

3. Duties are not included in the checkout price

The prices of the products and the total amount displayed at checkout do not include U.S. customs duties. The amount paid on ideatoscana.it covers the products and the shipping costs shown at checkout only.

4. Payment of duties

Customs duties must be paid by the customer directly to DHL, the carrier in charge of the shipment, during the customs clearance process. Idea Toscana does not collect customs duties and cannot pay them on behalf of the customer.

5. Customer acknowledgement

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, the customer acknowledges having read this notice and accepts that customs duties are charged separately from the purchase price and are payable to DHL upon customs clearance.

6. Changes to this notice

U.S. tariff policies are subject to change. Idea Toscana may update this notice at any time; the version published on this page on the date of the order applies.
