LA BEAUTY ROUTINE PER LABBRA A PROVA DI BACIO!

THE BEAUTY ROUTINE FOR KISS-PROOF LIPS!

How to have perfect lips using only natural products and DIY recipes

Who hasn't ever had chapped lips in winter or dry lips in summer? Whether it's because of the cold, the wind or the sun, our lips often need some extra attention.

The skin that covers them is in fact much thinner than the skin of any other part of the body, making them extremely delicate. The dermis is so thin that it allows you to glimpse the underlying blood vessels, giving them the pink color.

So here's our beauty routine , for perfect lips in minutes !

1. It all starts with proper nutrition

Dehydration and lack of vitamins A, B, C and E are, together with the action of climatic agents, the main causes of dry lips. Eating foods rich in Omega 3 , such as salmon or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, brings great benefits to dry and/or mature lips.

It is also essential to drink a lot, perhaps smoothies, rich in vitamins, and making it more pleasant to keep hydration constant. However, avoid citrus fruits , given their acidity they could exacerbate the burning caused by cracking.

2. Remove dry skin with a gentle scrub

Making your own scrub is healthy and fun. Mix a teaspoon of honey , one of sugar and a half of Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Massage on the lips with circular movements and let it act for a few minutes.

This scrub allows you to exfoliate and hydrate at the same time, giving you lips like new.

Being a very delicate part, it is not recommended to apply it more than 2 times a week. Also avoid storing it to avoid oil rancidity or bacterial contamination!

3. Nourish your lips

To nourish and hydrate the lips, use a good lip stick based on oils, vegetable butters and natural waxes, preferably sunscreen, in the morning, evening and if necessary. The benefits will be visible immediately.

4. The key is cleansing

The make-up routine of our lips begins with perfect daily hygiene . Pour a few drops of the face tonic onto a cotton pad, pass gently over the lips and let it dry.

5. Choose the right lipstick

If you want to make them optically more fleshy, apply a darker lipstick on the corners , a lighter one on the central part and illuminate with a gloss.
